When the challenge involves classrooms, educators, curriculum and systems at the same time, LAJAM works alongside district teams to understand what is happening, determine what needs to change, and build a coherent path forward.
WHEN THE CHALLENGE IS CONNECTED
Classroom problems rarely exist in isolation.
A literacy concern may also involve curriculum design. A bilingual programme may reveal questions about language development, assessment or teacher practice. A neurodiversity initiative may require changes to instruction, classroom systems and professional learning.

We examine what is happening in practice, identify what is working and what needs adjustment, and refine the approach over time.
